Made from Missouri grown, non-gmo soybeans, MOFU — a portmanteau of Missouri and tofu — is the highest quality small batch tofu and soy products handcrafted and hand-pressed weekly in South City, St. Louis. Embodying the traditional Japanese style of tofu making, while celebrating Mid-western values of generosity, creativity, and hard work, MOFU adds a modern twist to broaden the spectrum of tofu’s possibilities.
I worked closely with Dan on realizing MOFU's new identity, for which we wanted to evoke that modern twist his product brings to the market, while also highlighting its Japanese sensibilities.
